Organisers of mass crowd events must apply for health certification of the intended site of the event.

Complete the
Public Health application
form. Submit the completed form together with the site plan to the Chief Environmental Officer.
Requirements:
An approved Solid Waste Management Plan, and an individual medical certification for clean bill of health must be obtained prior to applying for the Public Health certification for the event.
