Invitation to Tender For the Supply of Office Furniture and Equipment
Tenders are invited for the " SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT" for the Financial Year 2020/2021
Guidelines for particiption in this bid to which there must be strict adherence:
- Government does not bind intself and is under NO obligation to accept any bid or offer, whether in part or in full, form any bidder, including the lowest priced;
- Bid prices offered and accepted on any Tender MUST remain valid for the duration of the contract and can only be altered on the written approval of the Central Tenders Board;
- Unit prices offered for any one item MUST be indepenent of prices for all other items;
- For precise product identification, promotional/reference material such as video or still photos, catalogues, brochures, product reference numbers/codes or any other appropriate reference material MUST be provided by bidders as part of bid documents submitted;
Bidders MUST conform to the "Bid Terms and Conditions" that will be provided either:
- 2nd Floor, Finance Administrative Centre, Pointe Seraphine, Castries; or
- By e-mail to an address which is the sole responsibilty of bidders to provide to:

Deadline for receipt of Tenders is 4:00 p.m , MONDAY DECEMBER 7TH,2020
Bids are to be submitted in a properly sealed envelope clearly marked:
"TENDERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT"
And clearly addressed to:
